Pair your Device with a Webex Board

Make sure you have Installed the Webex Teams app.

Your mobile device should automatically pair with the nearest Webex Board. When paired you will see the following message in the top right corner of the Spark application:
Troubleshooting
If your device does not automatically pair, follow these troubleshooting steps in the order listed.
- Turn off bluetooth on your mobile device.
- Unplug any headphones or speakers connected to your mobile device.
- Restart the Spark application and check that you are now paired with the Webex Board.
