Pair your Device with a Webex Board

  1. Make sure you have Installed the Webex Teams app.

  2. Your Windows laptop should automatically pair with the nearest Webex Board. When paired you will see the name of the Webex Board in the bottom left corner of the application:

    If your device does not automatically pair, follow these troubleshooting steps in the order listed.

    1. If you are using a bluetooth headset, unplug the USB dongle from your laptop.
    2. Unplug any headphones or speakers connected to your laptop.

    3. Completely close Spark by clicking your profile picture and then clicking 'Exit Cisco Spark'.

    4. Start Spark again and check that you are now paired with the Webex Board.
