How do I carry out a test call?
It is strongly recommended that you carry out a test call prior to your conference, especially if this is your first time dialling into CSIRO.
For testing dial 0262463194@csiro.au to view a CSIRO test video. If unsuccessful, alternative dial methods are available in the "How do I dial from a Video Conferencing Room?" section above.
Is a free SIP or H323 client available?
Any SIP or H323 client can be used to connect to CSIRO; Webex Teams is one such example. It is strongly recommended that you conduct a test call as described above to ensure that the application you have chosen is compatible with your organisation's security settings, and that you can connect to CSIRO without issue.
